Qiana is a licensed, bonded, insured and certified Notary Signing Agent in California by the National Notary Association and trained through the Loan Signing System. She has performed hundreds of notary signings throughout Los Angeles county.

- Experienced & knowledgeable in identifying loan documents for borrowers.
- We ensure documents are complete and obtain all signatures and initials.
- We notarize documents as required (acknowledgments and jurats).
- Ability to print e-docs (laser printer).
